Cancellation Policy

When booking your painting course it has to be considered that unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

It is your responsibility to read and understand this cancellation policy before making a reservation.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Painting Course.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To partake in the Painting Course you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activity you will be engaging upon on your course, any medical issues that may arise & TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees so please read those carefully.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit paid to secure your place on the course is non refundable.

If you cancel 14 days or less before your course date, for any reason, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

While I have never cancelled a course to date apart from 2020 due to covid, if I must cancel a booked course date for any reason, you may transfer your full course payment to another course date, or you may request a refund of your payment, constituting a full settlement.

Loreto Reilly is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled course, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Deposits or payments made related to Residence Terra Rossa are considered separate to course payments and should be dealt with directly with the residence management.
